Your life in 30 words or less
I’m an ordinary person who loves to use my camera as a tool to create images. I tend to overthink, obsess and procrastinate. I love the strange and unique.
Can you share 2 images, one from your past, and one more recent, that show your evolution as a photographer?
What has been your favorite style of shooting lately?
I totally adore composite photography. I didn’t realise how much I loved it until I joined 52Frames.
What was the first photo you ever submitted to 52Frames?
How did you find out about 52Frames?

What submission are you most proud of and why?
Because I actually posed like this and captured it “in camera”. I did however composite the balloons in afterwards. I love it because it’s so wacky!!
One tip you’d like to share?
Do what brings you joy!! Ignore all the social media “noise” and quietly and diligently go about creating what makes your heart sing.

Why is 52Frames meaningful to you?
I’m a procrastinator. 52Frames motivates me to get moving and do all the things I otherwise would “do next week” . Having a time frame not only gets me started but makes sure that I finish as well.

Hurrah Sonia. I love this and enjoy your photos so much. I also love composites but have stayed away fron them largely in 52frames. They definitely make my heart sing and bring me joy. Thank you for reminding me of that and for being you. Really glad for Stephanie Di-T. She did a great thing here!
