What has been your favorite style of shooting lately?
Wildlife including macro
What was the first photo you ever submitted to 52Frames?
How did you find out about 52Frames?
From good friend Yosef Adest
What submission are you most proud of and why?
Both my brother and I came up with the concept of the photo. My brother wanted a photo that could be framed and hung on the wall, and I wanted a photo that would suit the theme ‘ low key’. It was set up pretty simply in the bedroom with a black piece of material covering the curtain, two standing lights and the camera on a tripod. Was featured in the top 3 this week and still hangs on the wall at my brother’s house,
One tip you’d like to share?
You are not going to be pleased with your submissions every week but if you submit and keep your streak you are winning. Keep on keeping on and enjoy the process
Why is 52Frames meaningful to you?
Frequently we are surrounded by negative news and fail to see the beauty that surrounds us. 52Frames enable’s me to stop, see and share the wonder of creation.
The variety of subjects frequently challenges me to look extra hard and the sense of accomplishment can be quite profound especially when I feel I have captured something unique in a challenge that I ordinarily would not like.
What a fabulous inspiration!
And, another to follow!
A friend steered me toward this group of fabulous people and I continue to be so pleasantly surprised by everything shared, the great feedback, and just the way everyone seems to have a common mindset.
Teresa, you are awesome.
Very inspiring. I’m only on week two and I look forward to taking my mind off “issues” and focusing on photography. Love your photos.
