How did you find out about 52Frames?

A photography website I visited mentioned 52Frames. I don’t recall the name.

What submission are you most proud of and why?

Week 13: Slow Shutter 2021
Week 13: Slow Shutter 2021

Being able to include my son Xander in any photo is a real treat nowadays. Using neon colors appealed to him so he was all in. :)) He really enjoyed the whole process, and I love how it turned out. Spending time with him and creating memories of us being silly and having fun in my element filled my heart with loads of joy.

One tip you’d like to share?

I implore you to explore all genres of photography. Don’t limit yourself. Being afraid to make mistakes is overrated, accept and learn from them, and be gentle on yourself. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Keep growing. Do not think that you are restricted because you do not own the best gear. Art can be created using whatever gear you have on hand. Keep Shooting!

Why is 52Frames meaningful to you?

Having prompts each we encourage me to keep creating, and the uplifting comments that the wonderful framers leave, as well as the lovely friendships I have made along the way. I may not always reply back to comments or be as interactive as most, but I appreciate each and every one of them, very much! Thank you guys.

My photography is my hobby and I don’t have a style or theme and want to try all genres so it’s great to hear Measie encouraging that !
    Thank you 🙂
